Application Instructions:
With makeup
Apply eyebrow makeup (eyebrow pencil, paste or tinted gel).
Apply Thuya Professional Line Brow Gel and set the eyebrow hairs in desired shape.
Let the gel sit for 5-10 minutes depending on the thickness and fullness of the eyebrows.
Without makeup
Clean the eyebrows with Water Based makeup remover.
