DMK’s signature sunscreen protects skin from damaging UVA and UVB rays that contribute to premature aging and pigmentation. DMK SUNSCREEN is formulated with a water resistant base that is light, non-greasy and is perfect for acne, oily skin as well as dry, dehydrated mature skin. It can be used over all DMK products and effectively under make-up and can be reapplied every 3-4 hours, or immediately after swimming
The secret behind the DMK SUNSCREEN is that it is TRANSDERMAL. This means that it is formulated to store in the voids of the epidermis and not just grease the surface of the skin like other sunblocks.
DMK SUNSCREEN is light and fresh and disappears into the skin with no smell. It can be used over all DMK crèmes, sprays and serums without feeling heavy, thick or greasy. For this reason, it is especially suitable and highly recommended for children as every day protection.
To determine what SPF (Sun protection factor) really means, you must first determine how long you could be in the sun without any protection at all. If you could survive thirty minutes without burning, with SPF you would multiply 30 minutes times 30 SPF. This equals 900 minutes! With one application of DMK transdermal block you would have protection for 900 minutes before having to reapply the product!
